How can I place an order ?

You can place an order online by using following steps:

  1. Go to the Design your own Garment
  2. Add Text, Upload Images, Add ClipArts
  3. Save the design and buy it.

Where can I get the price for my product ?

All prices are shown when click into the product

Prices may change when adding items or reduce with quantity.

How many do I have to order ?

For some of our most popular styles, you can order just one item

Some items must use screen printing or embroidery and will have different minimums.

If I am ordering more number of pieces, will I get a discount ?

Price will reduce as you increase the quantity. 

We also send discount codes through email & Facebook to our regular customers.

What are the payment options available at iLogo ?

Payment Options available are:

Does Cassovic deliver products Australia Wide ?

Yes, we deliver Australia Wide

How will I know if my order is placed successfully ?

You will get an email to your email-id having all the information of your design(s).

How many days will it take to get my order ?

You will recieve your order at your doorstep within 7-10 days.

Orders of single pieces are delivered in 7 days only.

How is my order shipped and what are shipping charges ?

All orders are shipped Aust Post unless is a bulk order then we will use a courier depending on the location.

We Ship generally within 2-3 days of orde being placed but do not have control of the delivery once is has left our place.

We use the fastest shipment method needed but can only go by the times that are as a guide from Australia Post or the Couriers.


I have cancelled my order, when will I recieve my refund ?

Cassovic will refund 100% of your money back on all black orders or printed orders that have not been printed.

Once order is shipped we can reefund the garment price only on black garments that are retuned to us.

All Made to order garments can not be refunded as they have been custom printed.

How do I check the status of my order ?

Whenever your order is shipped, You will get a mail regarding the shipment with a tracking number.

How is an order processed ?

If you have ordered from the online designer the design will directly go to our printing service and after printing it will be dispatched to you.

Else, order is processed in the following steps:

  1. Our designer will get back to you with your design mock up for approval.
  2. Only when approved by you, is the order processed for printing.
  3. After printing, it will be dispatched from iLogo.

What if the product I receive is defective ?

If any of Cassovic's Products are:

  1. Materially flawed
  2. Decoration different from design submitted
  3. Quality of decoration is below reasonable expectations

We shall refund payment or replace them immediately.
